Shipping Policy

Currently we use UPS, FedEx, HFC delivery or direct Common Carrier for the delivery of your orders.  All orders are shipped by ground & each carrier has their own guidelines for delivery.  Based on the variety of products we sell and the various carriers we use for shipments, there are some items that we are unable to provide you with an exact shipping amount when you purchase online.  If we are unable to provide you with a shipping amount at the time you place your order, we will not bill your credit card until we have contacted you by phone or e-mail and confirm what method of shipping will be used and what the shipping cost will be.  If your order is damaged during shipment, the carrier is liable and it is your responsibility to notify the carrier as soon as possible.

Most of the items we sell online are pre-built and ready for delivery.  However, for items that are not in stock, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for white material orders and 3 to 4 weeks for color material orders. Production time may vary on time of year and amount of orders currently being processed.
